Jonathan and Johnny Appleseed

The legend Johnny Appleseed who paved the way to the West with planting apple trees was named Johnathan. Dad says that we are related to Johnny Appleseed. He is like my great great great great great grandfather or so. Well, maybe not that far back. Anyways, the legend goes that Johnny Appleseed rode West through the United States planting apple trees all along the way. Years later, many settlers came to live in the West and on their way they didn't starve because they found plenty of Apples to eat on the trees that Johnny Appleseed planted.
